Mission
How do we make it real each day
Teachers are background-checked, CPR/First Aid certified, and receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid professional development each year, which is more than 300% of the Texas requirement. In practice, this means responsive guidance, purposeful play, art and music, dynamic physical development, and explicit instruction in skills such as self-regulation, empathy, and problem-solving.
We maintain safe, spotless campuses and use parent tools, including secure live classroom cameras, to keep families connected without disrupting learning. Across our Austin and Round Rock locations, our mission is the same: to help each child feel known, supported, and challenged, and to build a strong foundation for bilingual communication, confidence, and lifelong learning.
Vision
What we’re growing together
That is why our classrooms operate in 100% Spanish every day, with engaging Mandarin enrichment twice each week, so children experience diverse ways of communicating and understanding. Our vision is a calm, orderly environment that feels like an extension of home, where purposeful play, art, music, movement, and social-emotional practice develop the whole child.
We see families as partners and teachers as professionals who are continuously supported to do their best work. By maintaining clean, secure campuses, ensuring transparent communication through live classroom cameras, and adopting a research-informed approach to early childhood, we aim to inspire enduring curiosity, empathy, and confidence that children carry into kindergarten and beyond.

Then and Now: About Our Spanish Immersion Preschool
As our community grew, so did our capacity, adding a Round Rock campus so Williamson County families could access the same immersive model. Through the years, our priorities have stayed constant: excellent teachers, calm routines, clean and secure spaces, and a partnership with parents that feels like an extension of home.
Founders’ Story
As the community grew, the same immersion-first model extended to Round Rock, keeping expectations consistent across campuses: loving, credentialed teachers; clean, secure spaces; and routines that help young children feel safe, focused, and ready to participate. Twice-weekly Mandarin enrichment broadened children’s listening and curiosity without overwhelming the day, while ongoing teacher development (including a minimum of 72 hours of paid professional training annually) supported steady, high-quality practice in every classroom.
Today, those founding pillars remain unchanged—100% Spanish immersion, evidence-based teaching, social-emotional growth, movement and outdoor play, and family transparency; shaping confident communicators who are ready for kindergarten and beyond.
Academic Excellence
At INIC, your child will achieve increasingly advanced developmental milestones in motor skills, language, critical thinking, and social-emotional learning.
Spanish Immersion & Mandarin Chinese
It’s been widely documented that being bilingual deeply stimulates several regions of the brain, impacting many aspects of a child’s education. It’s not just about speaking a different language.
High-Tech For Parents
These digital tools give us an extra layer of accountability while providing parents with an added level of security.
Germ-Safe Environment
Celebrating Cultures
We also promote community involvement by organizing educational visits for civil servants and healthcare providers and by bringing families together through fun events like carnivals, holiday parties, book fairs, potlucks, and Open Class days.
Extracurricular Activities
Physical activity and interpersonal relationships are just as important to a young child’s development as academic success. We offer extracurricular activities, including plenty of time to explore our outdoor playgrounds and indoor gyms.
We also team up with local athletic coaches to offer sports, and we organize an academic-guided Summer Camp featuring additional activities like yoga, cooking, gymnastics, and more!
Responsive Staff
We’ve made changes to our business based on feedback from parents. Without you, we wouldn’t exist – we know you have options. Our staff doesn’t have perfect customer service every day, but we try!
